Healthcare Rebrands Should Be Done Thoughtfully

Rebranding is a significant undertaking for any organization and requires careful planning and execution. Know that it’s probably going to take longer and cost more than anyone in your organization thinks it should, and it’s important that there’s a strong internal owner and advocate for the rebrand who can keep everyone aligned and on track throughout the process. The biggest mistake companies make is cutting corners on customer research or cutting it out altogether. Even if you have a smaller budget, it’s wise to dedicate some of it to research and to patient or customer focus group efforts. It’s the key to more clearly understanding your target audience and to more clearly guiding your efforts and goals.
